RE: OFAC FREEZES ASSETS OF THREE MORE INDIVIDUALS
The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has added three new names to its list of
specially designated nationals (SDNs). Their assets must be blocked immediately.1
The new names added to the SDN list are:
ADILI, Gafur, Malters-Lucerne, Switzerland; DOB 5 Jan 1959 (individual)
[BALKANS]
HALILI, Nevzat, Macedonia; DOB 15 Sep 1946; POB Poroj, Macedonia
(individual) [BALKANS]
HAXHIREXHA, Kastriot, Macedonia; DOB 9 May 1961 (individual) [BALKANS]
The OFAC guidelines summarizing its terrorism sanctions regulations have been revised
and republished to reflect these additions, and are available on the OFAC web site,
www.treas.gov/ofac.
