RE: COMMITTEE MEETING- DRAFT AGENDA
As we previously informed you,1 the next meeting of the Compliance Advisory
Committee Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 30, 2002. The meeting will take place at the
offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The
meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor at 1:00 p.m. Eastern
time. Lunch will be served from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
As we also indicated, the meeting will be videoconferenced to facilitate participation by
Institute members who are located in the western part of the country. The videoconference site
is the Citicorp Center, One Sansome Street, 20th Floor, San Francisco, CA, where the meeting will
begin at 10:00 a.m., Pacific time. Lunch will be served following the meeting in California.
Attached is the draft agenda. If there are other matters that you would like to discuss at
