RE: REGULATORS TO HOST MID-ATLANTIC SECURITIES FORUM ON MARCH 21ST
The Securities and Exchange Commission, NASD Regulation, Inc., the Philadelphia
Stock Exchange and various state securities agencies are sponsoring a Mid-Atlantic Securities
Forum on March 21, 2002 at the Wyndham Franklin Plaza Hotel in Philadelphia, PA. The
forum is intended to provide guidance regarding 2002 examination priorities as well as recent
examination findings, and to provide an opportunity for registrants to interact with individuals
who run the regulatory examination programs that govern their activities. A copy of the forum
program, including a registration form, is attached.
