RE: MEETING NOTICE - MARCH 21, 2002
The next meeting of the Bank and Trust Advisory Committee will be held on Thursday,
March 21 at the offices of OppenheimerFunds located at 6803 South Tucson Way in Englewood,
Colorado. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. Lunch will be served at noon and the meeting is
expected to conclude by 1:30 p.m. Following the meeting, committee members are invited to
participate in a tour of Oppenheimer’s facilities. The tour will conclude by 2:30 p.m.
ACCOMMODATIONS AT THE MARRIOTT TECH CENTER
If you require overnight accommodations, please contact the Marriott Tech Center at
303/779-1100. The hotel is located at 4900 South Syracuse in Denver. The room rate is $119
single/double. Please be sure to mention that you are attending an Investment Company
Institute (ICI) Bank and Trust Advisory Committee function. You must make your
reservations no later than February 19 to receive this discounted rate.
RECEPTION AND DINNER – MARCH 20
On March 20, there will be a tour and reception for committee members at Resources
Trust from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Following the reception, the committee dinner will be held at Cool
River Café located at 8000 East Belleview Avenue in Greenwood, CO. If you wish to attend
these events, please be sure to complete the attached response form. Transportation will be
provided from the hotel to Resources Trust and then from Resources Trust to the restaurant.
MEETING ATTENDANCE
Meeting attendance is limited to Committee members or their designated substitutes only. Any
exceptions to this policy must be approved in advance by the BTAC Chairman and the ICI.
Please complete the attached meeting response form and indicate whether or not you or
a representative of your firm will be attending the March 20 reception and dinner and the
March 21 meeting and tour. Several weeks prior to the meeting, attendees will receive attendee
lists and a preliminary agenda.
