RE: 2001 INVESTMENT COMPANY DIRECTORS CONFERENCE - FINAL PROGRAM
The Investment Company Institute is holding its Eighth Annual Investment Company
Directors Conference, October 17 – 19, 2001 at The Monarch Hotel in Washington, DC and again
on November 12 – 14, 2001 at The St. Regis Hotel in Houston, TX. Enclosed are the final
programs and registration forms for each location.
The conference will feature a varied program of industry experts, government officials
and experienced fund directors sharing their perspectives on issues of interest and concern to
the fund director community. Additionally, it will provide opportunities for fund directors to
meet with their peers informally and in group discussions.
Attendance is limited to 250 persons in Washington and 100 persons in Houston. The
Institute requests that registrations be received by October 8th for Washington and November 1st
for Houston. All registrations will be confirmed by mail.
Registration for both conferences includes a reception – Wednesday, October 17th in
Washington and Monday, November 12th in Houston. For more registration and hotel
