RE: Agenda for September 28 Committee Meeting

Attached is an agenda for the next meeting of the Public
Information Committee, which will be held at 2:00 p.m. on
Thursday, September 28, 1989 at the University Club in
Washington, D.C. A joint luncheon with the Shareholder
Communications Committee will be held prior to the meeting.
By now, you should have already received registration
information, as well as information on other Institute committee
meetings that will be held around the same time as our meeting.
As always, you are welcome to attend, as a visitor, the other
marketing and communications committee meetings. Any questions
you may have regarding registration, should be directed to Cathy
Barnes at 202/955-3531. Also, if you have not already done so,
please notify her as to whether or not you will be attending any
of the meetings.
For your convenience, the Institute has reserved a block of
rooms at the University Club (202/862-8800) and at the Crystal
Gateway Marriott (703/920-3230), which is located in Arlington,
Virginia, close to National Airport. Hotel reservations should be
made early as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is holding a
major international conference in Washington, D.C. at the same
time as our committee meetings, and virtually all the hotels are
already fully booked.
We are looking forward to seeing you in September.
