RE: SURVEY
At the April 10, 2001 meeting of the Investment Company Institute’s Sales Desk Managers
Roundtable, the Roundtable expressed interest in conducting a brief, electronic survey on
mutual fund sales desk contact expectations and monitoring processes. This survey is now
available at http://surveys.ici.org/salesdesk/.
It should take less than five minutes to complete the survey. The deadline for submitting your
responses is Friday, June 8, 2001. Aggregate survey results will be reported only to those
organizations that participate in the survey. Only one survey should be completed per mutual
fund organization. Individual survey responses will remain confidential.
