Attached is a draft of the Institute’s comment letter on the Department of Labor’s request for information on ERISA’s disclosure rules.1 The draft letter was developed based on a conference call discussion with interested members on October 10th, as well as on prior positions expressed by the Institute relating to disclosure matters.
