RE: SEC STAFF RELEASES INTERPRETIVE GUIDANCE FOR REGULATION FD
The staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance
makes available on the SEC’s web site its Telephone Interpretations Manual, which includes
answers to some frequently asked questions about Regulation FD. The fourth supplement to
the manual contains new interpretations issued by members of the staff in response to recent
telephone inquiries they received concerning Regulation FD. The SEC has stated that the staff’s
responses to these FAQs are informal in nature, may change without notice, and do not
necessarily represent the views of the Commission. The staff’s guidance on Regulation FD may
