Hotel, 999 Ninth Street, N.W., in Washington, D.C. The preliminary program with the registration form is enclosed. Representatives from the mutual fund industry, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, NASD Regulation, Inc., and outside counsel will comprise the conference panels and will focus their discussions on current mutual fund regulatory issues including: Rulemaking Initiatives; No-Action Positions, Interpretations and Exemptive Applications; Corporate Governance; Compliance Issues; and NASD Issues.
