Attached is an outline of potential panel topics discussed during the call. We have scheduled a follow-up conference call to continue our discussion regarding the 2001 Retirement Plans Conference for Thursday, September 7, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. EST. During the call, we hope to finalize conference panel topics and begin to identify panel moderators.
