Attached is an agenda for the April 25th meeting on the SEC’s proposal to require mutual funds
to disclose after-tax returns based on standardized formulas. The agenda briefly summarizes the
proposal and highlights questions to help guide the discussion at the meeting. Please review it before the
meeting and be prepared to provide your firm’s views (even if they are preliminary).
As previously indicated, the meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, located at
815 14th Street, N.W., in the Georgetown/Kalorama Room. Lunch will be served following the meeting.
