RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - MAY 24, 1989

This is to advise you that there will be a Contractual
Plans Committee meeting in the Washington Board Room at the Grand
Hyatt Washington Hotel, 1000 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
20001, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 1989.
This meeting will be held just prior to the Institute's 1989
General Membership Meeting. A General Membership Meeting Program
along with a Registration Form and Hotel Reservation Form is
enclosed. Please note that the deadline for making hotel
reservations is Tuesday, May 2, 1989, so you must get the Hotel
Reservation Form to the hotel by that date.
We will discuss, as usual, the statistical data that was
requested earlier from each committee member (see Memorandum to
Contractual Plans Committee No. 1-89 dated April 3, 1989), as
well as a number of other matters affecting contractual plans.
Please complete and return the bottom portion of this memo
to Rita Pemberton at the Institute no later than Tuesday, May 2,
1989.
