Attached is a summary of the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee (TAAC) meeting held on
Thursday, April 22, 1999 at the Investment Company Institute in Washington, DC. Please contact me at

Please refer to TAAC Memorandum No. 35-99 (dated June 4, 1999) for meeting details. The
Committee Dinner will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 1999 at the Capital Grille, located at 601
Pennsylvania Ave, NW. A reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will follow at 7:00 p.m. All
participants will be billed for their portion of the dinner. Attire for the dinner is business casual.
If you have not already done so, please assist us in determining who will be attending the dinner
and meeting by contacting Jamie Kodey at the ICI (202/326-5852, jkodey@ici.org) no later than Friday,
July 2nd.
We also need your input on the “shop talk” discussion items and agenda items for the meeting,
as well as on any future projects the committee should consider. Please contact me or Cynthia Jones
