RE: NOTICE OF COMMITTEE MEETING - MAY 24, 1989

This is to inform you that the next meeting of the
Operations Committee will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 1989,
beginning with a continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m. in
Independence Rooms D & E at the Grand Hyatt Washington, 1000 H
Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20001. This meeting precedes the
start of the Institute's General Membership Meeting -
registration for the General Membership Meeting will begin at
noon on May 24. For your information, enclosed is the
Preliminary Program for the GMM along with a Registration Form
and Hotel Reservation Form. (Please note that in order to
reserve a hotel room, you must send the hotel reservation form to
the Grand Hyatt by May 2, 1989. Because this is a smaller hotel,
we urge you to make the hotel accommodations even earlier. )
The Operations Committee agenda and books will be sent to
you shortly before the meeting.
Please complete and return the attached green form to Rita
Pemberton at the Institute no later than Tuesday, May 2, 1989.
