As we mentioned at the last committee meetings, we are in the process of collecting feedback
concerning member's experiences with filing the revised Form N-1A and fund profiles with the SEC. If
you have any concerns or questions related to the revised

information, we plan to review all of the comments we receive to determine whether it may be
appropriate for us to communicate with the SEC staff on any of these matters.
