Attached for your review is the preliminary agenda for the upcoming Pension Committee
meeting. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on February 3, 1999 at the Institute’s David Silver
Conference Room, 1401 H Street, Washington, DC.1 Lunch will be provided. As a reminder, following
the Pension Committee meeting, we have scheduled a meeting to discuss the issue of a uniform 401(k)
plan fee disclosure form. We will forward you discussion materials for this meeting in the near future.
