The meeting will be held in the “Bandera” meeting room at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas. We will begin at 8:15 a.m. with “shop talk” discussion, the Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m., lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m. and the meeting will conclude at approximately 2:30 p.m. Please refer to Transfer Agent Advisory Committee memo No. 2-99 (dated January 7, 1999) for further details regarding the January 28th & 29th meeting and tour at American Fund Services.
