Please note that the deadline for making your hotel reservations at the Fontainebleau Hilton Resort &
Towers in Miami Beach, Florida for the Investment Company Institute’s Joint Winter Committee
Meetings is Monday, December 21, 1998. To make your room reservations, please call the hotel at
800/445-8667 (to obtain the special room rate of $190 for a single room and $200 for a double room
mention the Institute’s name when making your reservation).
A schedule and a registration form for the meetings are attached. If you have not already done so, please
return the registration form to the Institute no later than December 31, 1998.
Members of the Sales Force Marketing Committee should also note that there will be a committee-only
dinner on Tuesday, January 12th at 7:00 pm at the Fontainebleau Hilton with Avi Nachmany as the
featured speaker. This dinner is not included on the general schedule or on the registration form. To
