RE: DATE OF SPRING COMMITTEE MEETING

Planning for the Spring meeting of the Research Committee
is underway. To meet the request of many members that we try to
schedule the meeting at the time of the General Membership
Meeting in May, I ask you to consider the following options and
record your preference on the form enclosed.
Tuesday May 23 1 pm
Wednesday May 24 9 am
Wednesday June 14 10 am
The General Membership Meeting begins in the evening of May
24 and runs to noon on May 26. A May 24 meeting would need to
begin early in order to close by 1 pm for the scheduled Board of
Governors meeting which will require Don Farrar's attendance as
well as others from our Committee.
The main agenda item for this meeting will be discussion of
new projects in preparation for the 1989-1990 schedule. You will
receive additional material on this topic in due course.
Please complete the form enclosed, recording your first and
second choices for a meeting date and send it to me by return
mail.
