DINNER ARRANGEMENTS

Enclosed please find the agenda for the Thursday, September 10, 1998 meeting of the
Bank & Trust Advisory Committee ("BTAC") and the Vendor Advisory Group. Also enclosed is
the Summer 1998 ABA Mutual Fund Processing Task Force Newsletter.
The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute which is located at
1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, D.C. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m., lunch
will be provided and the meeting is expected to continue until approximately 3:00 p.m.
A dinner has been scheduled for interested committee members the evening of
Wednesday, September 9, 1998. Committee members attending the dinner should meet at the
restaurant for cocktails at 6:30 p.m. We will be dining at Vidalia which is located at 1990 M
