The Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand forwarded the attached information
updating the Thailand section of the Institute’s report on “Emerging Market Clearance and Settlement
Issues for Investment Funds.”
At this time, the Institute does not intend to update the clearance and settlement deskbook. We
will continue to forward to you any relevant information that comes to our attention.
