AMENDMENTS AND FUND PROFILE RULE

We recently sent you a draft list of questions and suggested answers addressing issues that have
arisen under the SEC’s recent amendments to Form N-1A and new fund profile rule.1 We revised the
list to reflect comments from members and sent it to the SEC staff for their consideration. A copy of
the final version is attached.
