In order to assist you in setting your schedule for the
coming year, we have set the following dates for Broker/Dealer
Advisory Committee meetings in 1989 and the date for the annual
Operations Conference. The dates are as follows:

Two-Day Meeting April 25-26 West Coast
Two-Day Meeting June 13-14 Boston
Two-Day Meeting July 25-26 New York City
Two-Day Meeting September 26-27 Mid-West
One-Day Meeting November 3 Orlando
Operations Conference November 5-8 Orlando
More detailed memoranda will be sent to you prior to each
meeting date along with an agenda.
