We are pleased to announce that the Institute has appointed Pat Heselton, Vice
President of Franklin Templeton Trust Company, to be Chairman of the Pension Committee.
Pat has been an active member of the Pension Committee for many years and has extensive
knowledge of mutual fund pension issues, especially pension operations issues.
