RE: UPCOMING MEETING 5/12/98 AT ICI'S OFFICES

Attached you will find the agenda and support materials for the Tuesday, 5/12/98 meeting of
the Broker Dealer Advisory Committee, which will take place at the ICIGs offices in Washington DC.
This meeting is scheduled to commence at 10:00am, and should conclude by 3:00pm. As is the usual
practice, lunch will be provided.
Please be advised that the NSCC Enhancements Committee meeting will take place the
afternoon of Monday, May 11, 1998, also in the ICIGs offices. This meeting is scheduled to begin at
2:00pm and conclude by 5:00pm.
For those attending the dinner on Monday evening, May 11, 1998, we will be dining at the Palm,
which is located at 1225 19th Street NW (19th Street between M and N). Cocktails are at 6:30pm,
dinner is at 7:00pm.
