RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - MAY 13, 1998

This is a reminder that the next meeting of the International Committee will be on Wednesday,
May 13, 1998, at 8:30 a.m. in the David Silver Conference Room. Breakfast will be served prior to
meeting and lunch will follow. Our European colleagues from FEFSI will be joining us for the meeting.
Attached is a preliminary agenda for the meeting.
In addition, we will be hosting a dinner on Tuesday, May 12, 1998, at 7:00 p.m. at the Bombay
Club in Washington, D.C. for International Committee members and international guests.
All international committee members are encouraged to attend these events. Please complete
and return the attached response form by May 4, 1998.
