DINNER - FEBRUARY 28, 1989 __________________________________________________________ This is to remind you that a two-day meeting will be held on February 28 and March 1, 1989 for members of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee. The meetings will take place in New York at the Grand Hyatt Hotel which is located on Park Avenue at 42nd Street. The session on February 28 will start at 9:30 a.m. in the Broadway/Carnegie Room on the Conference Level and is expected to continue until 4:30 p.m. The session on March 1 will begin at 8:30 a.m. in Ballroom E on the Ballroom Level and is expected to continue until 3:30 p.m. Lunch will be served on both days. As we mentioned in our first memo to you dated January 12, 1989, we have reserved a number of rooms for the nights of February 27 and 28 at the Grand Hyatt. The cost per night is $160.00 (single or double). IF YOU NEED A ROOM RESERVATION, YOU MUST CALL THE HOTEL AT 212/883-1234 BY TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 14 AND TELL THEM YOU WANT A ROOM IN THE ICI OR INVESTMENT COMPANY INSTITUTE BLOCK. In addition, the National Securities Clearing Corporation will be hosting a cocktail/reception and dinner for Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee meeting participants on the night of Tuesday, February 28, 1989. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. at Wylies II located at 59 West 56th Street in New York City. In order that we know exactly who will be attending the meetings and dinner, we ask that you complete the attached form and return it to Rita Pemberton, Investment Company Institute, 1600 M Street, N.W. - 6th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20036.
