RE: NOTICE OF MEETING ON FEBRUARY 19TH

The next meeting of the Compliance Advisory Committee will be held on Thursday,
February 19th at 10:00 a.m. in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor at the
Institute. As proposed at the Committees last meeting, there will be an afternoon session
focusing on personal investing issues. Lunch will be served at the meeting. Please indicate in
the space provided below whether you plan to attend the meeting.
