As you know Dick Pogue will retire at the end of the year after twenty-nine years of
service to the Institute. Enclosed is a proposed Resolution to be adopted by the Board of
Governors in appreciation of all that Dick has contributed over the years.
Please indicate below whether or not you approve of the proposed Resolution and
return the form to the Institute by December 15, 1997.
We plan to present the Resolution to Dick at the Board of Governors dinner on Tuesday,
January 27, 1998 in Nevis.
