Attached is a summary of the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee meeting held on
October 30, 1997 at the Investment Company Institute. If you have any comments regarding

The next meeting of the committee will take place on Thursday, January 22, 1998 at the
Sheraton Grand Hotel in Tampa, Florida. A tour of T. Rowe Prices Services will be conducted
on January 23. Details regarding the meeting, accommodations, and tour were included in
TAAC Memorandum 68-97 dated November 24, 1997.
