RE: FEBRUARY SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING -- CHANGE IN MEETING DATE

The date of the February meeting of the SEC Rules Committee
Subcommittee on Advertising has been changed from February 23 to
February 17. The meeting will still be at 10:00 a.m. and will be
held at the Institute.
If you plan to attend the meeting, please so inform
Sheilah Henderson of the Institute at (202) 955-3524. In
addition, please let Ms. Henderson know if there are any items
you would like placed on the agenda for the meeting.
