scheduled for Wednesday, October 29th at 10:00 a.m. in the Institutes David Silver Conference Room

Also enclosed for your information is a brief description of some potential issues for mutual
funds under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 that will be discussed at the
meeting. (See Item 6.b. on the draft agenda.)
