RE: ICI/NASDAQ PRICE REPORTING FORUM MEETING TUESDAY, DECEMBER
2, 1997

There will be a meeting of the ICI/Nasdaq Price Reporting Forum on Tuesday, December 2,
1997. This meeting will bring together data vendors, funds and fund pricing agents, and Nasdaq, Inc.
Expected topics include a target date for implementation of daily deadline extension, as well as an
update on the development status of the new Mutual Fund Quotation Service. The meeting will
begin at 10:00am, lunch will be served, and we expect to conclude by 2:00pm.
