SEC RULES COMMITTEE SUBCOMMITTEE ON ADVERTISING
RE: FEBRUARY 23 SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING

At the January 10 meeting of the SEC Rules Committee,
members of the Committee requested that another meeting of the
Subcommittee on Advertising be scheduled. In addition, several
members of the Committee who have not previously attended
Subcommittee meetings expressed an interest in attending future
meetings. Thus, a meeting of the Subcommittee on Advertising has
been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on February 23 at the Institute.
Lunch will be served. If you plan to attend the meeting, please
so inform Corlis Alston of the Institute. In addition, please
let Ms. Alston know if there are any items you would like placed
on the agenda for the meeting.
