Attached is a copy of the Registration Status Report as of
December 30, 1989.
I have reviewed the pending registration statistics and
note that there seem to be substantial number of very late
registrations. I understand that a partial answer may be that a
number of these transactions have been registered ex-FUND/SERV.
This matter will be discussed at the forthcoming committee
meeting.
These reports will continue to be produced as of the last
business day of the month and will be sent to you shortly
thereafter.
