Enclosed please find the agenda for the May 14, 1997 meeting of the Bank & Trust
Advisory Committee and the Vendor Advisory Group.
The meeting will take place in the Caucus Room on the Terrace Level of the Washington
Hilton Hotel which is located at 1919 Connecticut Avenue, NW in Washington, D.C. The
meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m., lunch will be provided and the meeting is expected to continue
until approximately 2:00 p.m.
A dinner has been scheduled for interested committee members the evening of May 13,
1997. Committee members attending the dinner should meet in the lobby of the Washington
Hilton Hotel at 6:15 p.m. for a short walk to Ruths Chris Steakhouse which is located at 1801
Connecticut Avenue, N.W. Attire is business casual.
We look forward to seeing you in Washington, D.C. on May 13th and 14th.
