Attached is the agenda and supporting materials for the ICI Broker Dealer Advisory
Committee meeting which will take place Tuesday, May 13, 1997 at the offices of the
Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street NW, Washington, DC 20005. The meeting will
commence at 12:00 noon, and it is expected to conclude by 5:00pm. This meeting will be an
open meeting, and a list of those who will be on hand to observe has been included in this
package.
For those of you who have indicated that you will be joining us for dinner on the
evening of the 13th, restaurant plans are being finalized, and you will be contacted by phone
