Attached you will find the agenda for the Operations Committee meeting on
Thursday, April 24, 1997.
The meeting will take place at the offices of the Investment Company Institute
located at 1401 H Street, N.W. in Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in the David
Silver conference room which is located on the 12th floor. The meeting is scheduled to begin at
10:00 a.m. and is expected to continue until approximately 2:00 p.m. Lunch will be served.
Folders containing supporting documentation for some of the agenda items will
be distributed at the meeting.
