The Institute has scheduled the 1997 Investment Advisers Conference for Friday, June 6,
at the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel located at Connecticut and L Streets, NW, in Washington,
D.C. The conference will focus on current regulatory developments, including the
implementation of the investment adviser provisions of the National Securities Markets
Improvement Act, and compliance issues of interest to investment advisers.
You will receive more detailed program information next month. You may, however,
want to make travel plans now or if you wish to make hotel reservations, you may call the
Renaissance Mayflower Hotel at 202/347-3000. To ensure a preferred room rate, mention that
you are attending the Institute’s conference. And, mark your calendar for Friday, June 6, 1997.
