Among its responsibilities, the Institute’s Legislative Affairs Department
provides regular information about congressional and administrative activities
that affect the investment management industry. Enclosed you will find a
binder designed to hold the materials related to this effort:
Federal Legislation Memoranda. The Legislative Affairs Department
sends regular memos reporting on significant legislative
developments of concern to Institute members.
Washington Update. The Legislative Affairs Department’s newsletter
that informs members about the Institute’s Government Affairs
agenda.
Legislative Alerts. Occasionally Institute members will be asked in
these alerts to assist the Institute by contacting Members of Congress
on critical industry initiatives.
