Enclosed please find the agenda for the meeting of the Bank and Trust Advisory
Committee to be held on Tuesday, October 22, 1996.
The Bank and Trust Advisory Committee meeting will be held in the Asia 4 Room on
the lobby level of the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. The Dolphin is located at 1500 Epcot
Resorts Blvd. in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m., following a
buffet luncheon in the exhibit hall, and is expected to continue until approximately 5:00 p.m.
Dress is casual.
We will be holding a dinner for interested Committee members that evening at The
Palio Restaurant in the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel which is adjacent to the Dolphin. We
will meet in the restaurant at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22nd. Dress is casual.
Enclosed is a paper on mutual fund tax reporting issues that banks face when preparing
1099s for their trust customers. Please be prepared to discuss these issues at the meeting.
