Preliminary agendas for the Tax and Pension Committee meetings on Tuesday, October
8, 1996 are attached. The meeting will be held at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H
Street, N.W. 12th Floor, Washington, DC. The meetings will be held at 10 am and 2 pm
respectively. A joint luncheon will be at 12:30, where Jim Malloy, formerly IRS’ Assistant
Commissioner for Financial Institutions & Products, will be our guest speaker.
