Attached is the summary of the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee meeting held on
July 18 at the Investment Company Institute in Washington, DC. If you have any comments
regarding this summary, please contact the undersigned at 202/326-5850.
The next meeting of the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee will be held on Thursday,
November 7 from 9 am to 3pm at the Investment Company Institute in the David Silver
Conference Room on the 12th floor. A Shop Talk session will be held on Wednesday afternoon,
November 6 from 4-6 pm and will also be held in the David Silver Conference Room. After the
Shop Talk session, we will depart from the ICI for the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee
dinner. Further details regarding the meeting and the committee dinner will be sent in a
separate memo to committee members.
