RE: NOTICE OF MEETING -- OCTOBER 20, 1996

The next meeting of the Operations Committee will take place on Sunday, October 20,
1996 at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel located at 1500 Epcot Resorts Boulevard in Lake
Buena Vista, Florida. The Operations Committee meeting will precede the start of the 1996
Operations Conference which will also be held at the Dolphin Hotel from October 20-23. Please
arrive by 12:00 noon for the lunch buffet. The meeting will begin at 12:30 pm and will conclude
by 3:00 pm. You will be advised of the meeting room name when we send you the agenda
prior to October 20. Attire for the meeting is casual.
Conference attendees will be staying at the Dolphin Hotel. We suggest that you make
your room reservations early as the hotel will fill up quickly. To make room reservations,
please call the hotel at 1-800-227-1500 (say or press "3") and identify yourself as an Investment
Company Institute conference attendee. The ICI Conference room rate is $175 single/double
and $210 Club Level. Room reservations must be made by September 19, 1996.
