s Third Annual Investment Company Directors Conference, which will be held October 30 to November 1 at The Capital Hilton Hotel in Washington, DC. Registration materials and a preliminary Conference program will be mailed in early summer. Like previous Directors Conferences sponsored by the Institute, attendance will be limited to directors, officers and employees of Institute members, and will be limited to a total of 250 persons. The program will offer directors a chance to meet with their peers in an informal setting and participate in a highly interactive program that will touch upon many of the issues that confront the director community today.
