RE: INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE MEETING MAY 22

The next meeting of the International Committee will take place on Wednesday, May 22
at 2:30 pm at the Institute at the conclusion of the Institute’s General Membership Meeting.
This meeting will be a joint meeting with representatives of the European investment company
industry. The meeting will take place in the David Silver Conference Room and will conclude
with a cocktail party from approximately 5:00 to 6:00 pm.
Attached is a proposed agenda for the meeting and a list of European participants. The
agenda includes topics suggested by the International Committee at its last meeting and topics
proposed by the European industry.
We hope that you will be able to attend this meeting or to send a representative.
