RE: IMPAC VISUAL PRESENTATION

At the January Board Meeting, Don Powell, Chair of the Institutes political action
committee, IMPAC, used a visual presentation in reporting on IMPAC. Several Governors
expressed an interest in obtaining copies of the presentation for their use when discussing
IMPAC with other members of their firms.
Enclosed is a printed copy of the IMPAC presentation which has been modified slightly
from the one used at the Board meeting. The presentation may be used in its present form or
can be modified to meet your particular needs.
The presentation is also available on diskette for visual display. It has been prepared
using Microsoft PowerPoint 4.0 software. If you are interested, please call Shannon Billings,
