RE: SUMMARY OF 2/8/96 MEETING

Attached is a summary of the Broker Dealer Advisory Committee Meeting which took
place Thursday, February 8, 1996 at the Marriott Sawgrass Resort in Ponte Vedre Beach, FL. In
my absence, John Vrettos was kind enough to compile this summary. If you have any
comments or questions regarding the attached, please do not hesitate to contact me at

Also, please be advised that there has been a change in the dates for the summer
meeting, which is presently scheduled for Wednesday, August 14 and Thursday, August 15,
1996. Piper Jaffrey, who will be hosting this meeting, has indicated that these dates need to be
moved up to Wednesday, July 31 and Thursday, August 1, 1996. In addition, we will consider
at our next meeting (May) whether a summer meeting is necessary. As a result, the dates for
the summer meeting have been tentatively accelerated to Wednesday, July 31 and Thursday,
August 1, 1996, pending the need for a summer meeting.
