Attached please find the agenda for the March 6, 1996, meeting of the International Committee
which will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor of the Investment Company
Institute offices located at 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m.
and lunch will be provided. A portion of the meeting and the luncheon will be conducted jointly with the
Securities Operations Subcommittee.
